Our first pets! Dwarf Hamsters
For the boys’ birthday we gave them dwarf hamsters. Toby picked the brown and white one, declared it to be a boy and named him G-Force. Sam picked the white hamster, declared it a girl and named it Rainbow because she was without color.

The kids love watching them run in their balls and help with cleaning and care. Earlier this month we lost Rainbow. She got very sick and died. Sam mourned her and we officially buried our first pet as a family in the backyard.
